nephius CRM is a SaaS and a Mirasis Bilgi Sistemleri Ltd. brand. Customers who uses nephius CRM are able to run it in their call center/ contact center. All the information is gathered from various sources like social media, voice, sms, email, etc and displayed on the nephuis CRM.
Exact Task
Nephius CRM is connected to Facebook API in order retrieve the leads created through our customer’s ads on Facebook and transfers the given information to customers database.

All the customer information collected such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address or any other information related to third party integrations is collected for the sole purpose of providing best services to our customers. Collected information is only recorded to our customer database, not recorded on nephius CRM.
Our Customer Lead Information
All data with relation to leads generated by our customers or any other information collected automatically by our customers is held in strict confidence. We never reach out to them nor do we share customer lead information to any third party.
Our Integration Partner Information
nephius CRM has ever increasing integrations with third party softwares and services. We promise high data security on all the information shared by our integration partners. We collect information for integration purposes.
App's use of information received, and App's transfer of information to any other app, from Facebook APIs will adhere to Facebook’s Limited Use Requirements.
